Withdrawal Policy
Clear, Objective, and Transparent Procedures
At Averroes International School, Mirpur, we aim to provide a smooth transition for students and families through a clear and structured withdrawal process that ensures all administrative and financial obligations are met fairly.
1. Notice of Withdrawal
- Parents must submit a written notice to Administration at least **one month** prior to withdrawal.
- Failure to provide notice will result in a charge equivalent to **one month’s tuition fee** in lieu of notice.
2. Settlement of Dues
- All outstanding fees (tuition, activity, library) must be cleared before TC/School Leaving Certificate issuance.
- Processing is **not conducted** during examination weeks or term-end result periods.
3. Refund Policy
- Admission and registration fees are **strictly non-refundable**.
- Withdrawal **before** new term: Tuition fees for that term will not be charged.
- Withdrawal **after** term commencement: Full payment for that term is required.
4. Disciplinary Withdrawal
- Fees already paid are **non-refundable** in cases of expulsion due to disciplinary, academic, or behavioral issues.
- The school reserves the right to terminate admission if **false information or misrepresentation** is identified.
