Payment Guidelines
Ensuring Operational Excellence & Transparency
At Averroes International School, Mirpur, we maintain a transparent, ethical, and well-structured financial system to ensure smooth school operations and convenience for parents, while upholding accountability and fairness.
1. Fee Schedule
- Tuition and other fees are billed on a monthly or term-wise basis.
- Dues must be paid within the first 10 days of each billing month.
- Late payments beyond the due date will incur a penalty fee.
- Cash payments are not accepted at the campus office.
2. Mode of Payment
- Parents may deposit fees into the designated school bank account mentioned on the invoice. Approved methods include:

- A copy of the deposit slip or online confirmation must be submitted to the Accounts Dept or Parent Portal.
4. Records & Certificates
- Academic records, report cards, certificates, and transfer documents will be issued **only after full clearance** of all outstanding dues.
3. Non-Payment Policy
2 Consecutive Months
Suspension of student privileges, including class attendance, report card issuance, or examination participation.
3 Consecutive Months
Automatic withdrawal of student enrollment, subject to management approval.
